Bears to get Better

Isaac's Friends will be collecting donations of NEW* teddy bears during this campaign. You can give the gift of love, comfort and security to the children of an orphanage in the Kiev region of the Ukraine. During the last week in July (July 27th through August 1st), please bring a NEW teddy bear with $1 (to help with shipping) to FLYING SAUCERS in Spartanburg, SC (open 10am-9pm). Thanks to our wonderful friends at Io Vivo in Italy for allowing us to share in their mission to care for the precious children at the orphanage!

On Saturday, August 1st, there will be a finale from 10-1 at FLYING SAUCERS with fun and games for kids. The Piedmont Blood Center will be there for you to donate blood to help people in Spartanburg area hospitals. If you can't make it out to FLYING SAUCERS but would still like to help, you may make a secure donation online (click the Paypal button on the right) or you can mail a check to Isaac's Friends. We will need some extra funds to cover boxes, packing materials and shipping not covered by the $1 donations. Thank you!

We want to encourage kids to get involved in giving, especially something they can relate to like a teddy bear. If a child brings in the teddy bear and $1, they will receive a goodie bag with some delicious cookies from Spartan Bakery, a coupon for a free kid's meal from Chick-Fil-A of Spartanburg, a coupon for free studio time from Flying Saucers and more!
